First of all this place makes food from an area of Italy that my family comes from. They have perfected these dishes and prepare them as if my mother was in the kitchen, I kid you not. It’s all done to perfection. The food business is tough but They are certainly an example that you do something, do it right. Their bar turns out some beautiful cocktails. The menu is simple not 5 pages. The place is small/intimate so be patient. I would be afraid if they were in a bigger place that it might loose its charm. We are extremely happy that they came to Babylon, and that they are flourishing here. Keep it up guys! Btw get some non alcoholic beer please.

My favorite thing about going to small restaurants is their authenticity! The food could not have been more fresh tasting and yummy at Talina. I also love that the portions were large but not to the point where you feel like a glutton after the meal. My boyfriend and I could not have asked for a better dining experience! The servers made sure our food was out quickly and we had everything we needed. I am so happy with this new addition to Babylon and I hope they continue to grow!

3/30 We went for their special 4 course Pranzo della Dominica which did not disappoint. The food was outstanding and there was definitely a lot of it. Also included was house wine, mineral water, espresso & amaro. The owner explained the typical Sunday meal to us in the region of Romagna.

Wonderful authentic Italian food. I grew up with homemade Italian cooking and it’s very rare I enjoy eating at an Italian restaurant. This place made me want to come back for more. The espresso martinis were delicious, little pricey but worth it! Pastas were fresh with flavorful sauces. And I have never come across an Italian restaurant that made breaded vegetables like my Noni made. Everything from the pasta to the drinks were delicious. The dessert wine was amazing We will definitely be back!!

Talina's cocktail menu knocked my socks off and I still can't find them!! The amarocmand was beyond refreshing!! This spot serves cusine from Romagna, the northern region of Italy! I thought the strozzapreti midevil pasta outshined the mezzulune pasta! I really enjoyed the piedina appetizer w/ ham & fontina cheese! The service was great & overall I really enjoyed my dinner but I eat like a hungry hungry hippo & the portions are just not big enough for me!

What an experience. We took my girlfriend's son for his birthday, party of five. Amazing. Fresh pasta, delicious salad, desserts and craft drinks. Oh, the wait staff was incredible. We had five different pasta dishes, all too notch. Every drink we ordered, was truly one of the best we've had. Please go see them. Tell em Barsnobs sent ya!
